Train to Teach

This accelerated program is designed to prepare you to confidently teach multi-engine operations, VMC demonstrations, engine-out procedures, and advanced systems instruction.

What to Expect:

• Most pilots complete the training in a minimum of 5 flight hours, depending on their experience level and recent flight currency

• Structured MEI-focused ground instruction

• Lesson plan development and instructional technique coaching

• Real-world engine-out and asymmetric training scenarios

• Checkride preparation and mock oral/practical

Pricing

Aircraft Rate: $395/ hour wet

Instruction: $55/ hour

Our published aircraft rental rates are wet and do not include instructor time. Applicable Indiana sales tax will be added to the aircraft rental charges. Training is billed based on actual time flown and instructed, with no hidden fees.

In addition to our standard pay-by-the-hour instruction, we partner with Kentucky Flight School to offer accelerated multi-engine training programs. These programs are conducted during designated training weeks throughout the year and are designed for pilots seeking an immersive, structured schedule.
