Instructor Rates (Ground & Flight)

Frequent training rate: $45/hr when scheduling 3+ lessons per week
*Frequent training rate does not include Multiengine work
Travel Fees
$150 minimum when an instructor travels to an airport other than KEYE (credited toward the total invoice). If were bringing a airplane to you as well you'll be charged for the time to and from KEYE in that airplane.
Instruction more than 50 miles from KEYE will be quoted and billed as appropriate.
To ensure fairness and schedule reliability, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations within 24 hours (excluding weather, aircraft maintenance, scheduling delays caused by prior lessons, or acts of God) will incur a $190 late cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 4 hours or no-call/no-shows will be billed the full scheduled lesson block time.
Weather (WX) Policy
Weather cancellations are evaluated close to the lesson start time.
Weather-related cancellations cannot be approved more than 1 hour prior to the scheduled lesson.
If conditions are forecasted to allow the lesson to be conducted safely and legally, and you cancel or no-show, the full lesson block will be charged.
*This ensures both parties remain committed unless weather clearly prevents safe operations.
Instructor Guarantee
If an instructor cancels within 24 hours for reasons other than weather, maintenance, delays caused by prior lessons or acts of God — or fails to show — your next 4 Hours of instructor time are free.

A 2-hour multi-engine lesson = $798
Student cancels within 4 hours → Full charge applies ($798)
Instructor no-shows → Your next 4 Hours of instructor time are free
